Please join us for the RCMS Band Program's Annual Tea Party Band Fundraiser, GAMES! on MAY 4, 2024 from 11am-1:30pm at the RCMS Gymnasium! Wonderful student performers will be entertaining you and food can still be enjoyed by ASPEN MILLS of Palm Springs! This year we are inviting guests to purchase tables and decorate them in movie themes they want to represent and share with all of our guests!
ASPEN MILLS will be providing the boxed lunch for our guests to enjoy at the event! The options for the Boxed Sandwich Lunches will be served with a fresh potato salad, crisp kosher dill pickle, and other food services will be provided. Of course, we will be having our tea service and other bites to enjoy!
ORDERING YOUR LUNCH/ENTRY: The sandwich options are Turkey, Ham or Veggie. Tickets can be ordered through a band student or on this page. Ordering via PayPal, select your first item on the PayPal link provided and click "Add to Cart." You can adjust the quantity of that item after you click on "Add to Cart." If you want to add a different item to your Cart, simply come back to the website, select the new item you want, click "Add to Cart" and all of your items will appear in your cart. Repeat as needed. If you are purchasing a TABLE OF 10, one of our Booster Volunteers will be contacting you for your sandwich order - please provide accurate contact information if selecting a Table of 10. There will be a section where you can add a Student's Name to give them some Extra Credit for their class! In that same section you can list any Food Allergies for your order or email econtreras1@psusd.us. LUNCH ORDERS must be RECEIVED BY WEDNESDAY, MAY 1ST.
OPPORTUNITY DRAWING & SILENT AUCTION: Bring money and your check books! You can purchase your opportunity drawing tickets at the event and you can also bid on the Silent Auction items there as well! Don't want to bring Cash or Checks? No problem, we can accept Debit/Credit Card payments as well at the event!
